Cancellation Eligibility:

You may cancel an order if:

  • Your order is delayed by more than 10 days after payment, and no notification regarding the delay has been received; or
  • The item you ordered is out of stock.

Return and Exchange Policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at hello@diemattire.com

  • Refunds to the original payment method are eligible for up to  7 days from the date of delivery. A 5% restocking fee will apply.
  • Exchanges are eligible for up to 14 days from the date of delivery and will be issued as store credit.
  • If any items arrive defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept return/exchange(s) if:

    • You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories; as these items are final sale 
    • The products are damaged due to your mishandling
    • Your return or exchange request is not approved by our staff
    • The item was marked as final sale

    Please note: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

    *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

    International Order Policy:

    Please note that all international orders are final sale. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for international purchases at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.
