Cancellation Eligibility:

You may cancel an order if:

  • A return request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, and the order is still marked as “Pending”. If your order status is “Preparing Shipment,” please reach out to our customer service team; or
  • Your order is delayed by more than 10 days after payment, and no notification regarding the delay has been received; or
  • The item you ordered is out of stock.


Return and Exchange Policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at hello@diemattire.com

  • You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
  • Exchanges are eligible for up to 14 days from the date of delivery and will be issued as store credit.
  • If any items arrive defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • A 5% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • All items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept return/exchange(s) if:

    • You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories; as these items are final sale 
    • The products are damaged due to your mishandling
    • Your return or exchange request is not approved by our staff

    *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
